Who We Are

 

Founder, MAnaging Attorney

Siddartha Rao

From working at a law firm, serving as in-house counsel at a publicly traded software company, and starting RLG, Siddartha has handled complex commercial matters for clients from small businesses to large corporations.  He focuses on compliance, intellectual property, data privacy, and technology issues.  He made headlines in 2013 when he litigated a widely reported federal case concerning trademark rights in the word "Mormon."  Working with a variety of clients helps him stay abreast of trends and practice developments at the intersection of law, technology, and intellectual property.

Anna Park

Anna Park has represented businesses, banks, and financial institutions in complex commercial litigation, regulatory compliance, and transactional matters in nearly thirteen years of legal practice. Anna has published on technology and law issues, including electronic discovery and social media, and worked closely with the York State Bar Association's Committee on Women in the Law, serving as the committee's Vice-Chair and Co-Chair. Anna focuses on commercial litigation and compliance.

SPECIAL COUNSEL (PATENT AND TECHNOLOGY)

Howard Eichenblatt

Before practicing law, Howard spent several years as a researcher at Rutgers University, investigating the stress properties of pharmaceutical machinery and bio-remedial activities of micro-organisms.  Subsequently, he worked at SPC, A Brady Business, as a Research and Development Engineer, designing and building multiple machines for ultra-hazardous dust control.  As a patent attorney, he has done extensive patent work in software, hardware, medical devices, and various mechanical arts fields for entrepreneurs, start-ups, and small businesses.  Howard is also an instructor at the Brooklyn Law School Incubator & Policy Clinic.
